ABOUT THE BAND

Band leader, guitar player, lead vocalist, composer, lyricist, arranger. Played with Peter Wolf, Jan Akkerman and Candy Dulfer. Founding member of Ruchadze Band, Goblet Band, Hot Bolshevik, Black Rose, Duality and Ruchadze Band Amsterdam Beyond. Lived and played in Czechoslovakia, Austria, Netherlands and Spain. Studied at University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria.

Born in Prague, where he as a bass-guitar player graduated from the Jaroslav Ježek Jazz Conservatory. From the age of 17 playing professionally. Worked mainly at the Prague club scene (Roman Pokorný, Marcel Flemr, Navigators, Mr.Cocoman and Solid Vibes, Anna K, Ivan Hlas) until year 2013, when he moved to Marseille, France, the capital of Provence. Here he began to accompany artists of the World music scene. Member of the bands Bambara Groove, Baclawa Orchestra, MaClick, as well as Fusion Eichler Trio and Piel Canela.

Son of the famous Czech blues-rock guitarist Jan Martinek (Blues Messengers) and one of the biggest guitar talents on the current Czech music scene. Leader of his own project Private Earthquake and sideman with Yvonne Sanchez, Pat Fulgoni, Tony Blues Band, Ungelt All-Stars Blues Band and Bluesmen, he performed with Janek Ledecký and his band Žentour, participated with Roman Holý and Matěj Ruppert in the Neruda project and performed with Žlutý Pes. studied clarinet at the conservatory in Kroměříž, currently a student at the saxophon department of Jaroslav Ježek conservatory, played with Romano Zorba fusion, Yvetta Blanarovičová, Filip Spálený, leader of his own quartet. Currently a member of the latest lineup of George & Beatovens
